The Seattle Times calls the King Tut exhibit, “beautifully arrayed and lit,” adding that, “almost all the pieces have room enough to walk around them,” including “dazzling gold jewelry, masks, and personal items.”

Seattle is King Tut’s last North American appearance and Egypt has stated that the artifacts will then remain in Egypt indefinitely. This really could be your last chance to view these artifacts.

The SAM website says: ”Nick Cave tailors suits that are sculpture, clothing characters that spring out of his imagination. Stately guardians preside in shaggy, day-glow pink hair; polar bears wear sweaters that stick out in humorous places; and dancers are adorned with white beaded filigree crowns.
