The flagship store for Watson Kennedy, located here in the courtyard of the Inn at the Market, is celebrating 15 years this week! Stop by this Saturday, November 23rd, to celebrate! The website 2daysinseattle.com just released an ecookbook full of recipes from the city’s best Chefs. Fresh From Seattle features our very own Chef Daisley Gordon of Marché and Café Campagne located here at Inn at the Market. Chef Gordon shows us how to make a few of his favorite recipes, including the pernod mussels that we will be making as soon as we finish this blog! The ebook also lists each Chefs’ own personal favorites in Seattle.

It must be fall in Seattle, one of our favorite times of year and not just because the leaves are changing. Every October we await the fall run and fabulous culinary delights of Seattle Restaurant Week. Over 160 local restaurants participate in this event twice a year. For 10 days, October 13-17 and 20-24, each restaurant will offer a three-course menu for $28/person. Some will also offer a three-course lunch menu for $15/person.
