Local Brews & Spirits in Pike Place Market

The Pacific Northwest is home to beautiful blue waters, snow-capped mountain peaks, delish seafood and many local breweries and distilleries. Just a short walk from the courtyard of the Inn at the Market, Pike Place Market is home to several. Explore this list of our favorites and let us know what you think.

The Pike Brewing Company – Located on 1st Ave, Pike Brewing is featured in our guest rooms and home to the Pike Pub, a great spot for beer tasting and delicious food. The Dungeness Crab & Artichoke Dip is not to be missed!

Old Stove Brewing – Located on the Pike Place Market Front, Old Stove offers brews with an outdoor space and the best views in town. We love their fish and chips and Old Stove Pilsner.

Both Pike Brewing and Old Stove Brewing are part of our Market Brewery Package. Join forces and try a sampler at each!

Seattle Beer Company – Located on Western Ave., just a few blocks from the Inn at the Market, Seattle Beer Co is a tasting room offering a variety of local Seattle beers, wines and ciders.

The Taproom at Pike Place – Another great location to try Old Stove Brewing and people watching at its best on this busy corner of 1st and Pine.  We highly recommend the pretzel paired with the Belgian Blonde, Chef’s Kiss!

Rachel’s Ginger Beer – For the non-alcoholic brew lover and also a little something for the spirit lover, Racher’s Ginger Beer offers some of the tastiest beverages in the Market to wet your whistle.  We love the Dark & Stormy cocktail on tap and the Blood Orange Rachel’s Ginger Beer.  Try either with as a float with delicious soft serve. Located directly across the street from the Inn at the Market. Howdy Neighbor!

Locust Cider Post Alley – A few blocks south of The Gum Wall in Post Alley you will find this gem for cider lovers. We love the retro video games and board games, something for everyone!

Cloudburst Brewing – Located on Western Ave a few blocks north of the Inn, you will find the Cloudburst Brewing Tap Room which features some of our favorite beer namesakes like the Happy Little Clouds Pilsner or Two Player Mode IPA.

Copperworks Distilling Co. – Wrap up your tour on the Alaskan waterfront. Copperworks is a great spot for a distillery tour or enjoy a spirit flight tasting of one or all of the classics. We love the whiskey flight, but no choice will disappoint.
